Opening Orders $500.00 min. order. Performa on first order. Follow up orders net 30 with credit approval. Shipping All orders shipped are insured. The customer is responsible for delivery fee and handling, unless otherwise specified. Standard delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks. Rush orders available for 15% total invoice. Manufacturing All item are hand blown to order with a representation of picture, slight variations may occur. We use highly refined silica to make all are product with the highest quality glass available. State of the art Electric Furnace is used to melt silica into optically clear glass. Tool marks and bubbles are rare, however we excuse the right to allow them as they are part of this 4 thousand year old process. We do not use any molds or production techniques to produce any of our work. Returns No refunds on custom work. All designs sole right of Rubi Glass. Catalog pieces are allowed to be returned only for breakage or manufacturing defect with prior approval from Rubi Glass. Pieces broken during shipping need to be reported within 24 hours. |
